Your account is created by the club administrator. You will receive your login credentials (email & password) from your coach or club staff. Open the app, enter your email and password, and tap "Sign In".
Tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen. Enter your registered email address and you will receive a password reset link. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact the club administrator.
Make sure notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings. On iPhone: go to Settings → Notifications → Aras Şentürk and enable "Allow Notifications". On Android: go to Settings → Apps → Aras Şentürk → Notifications.
After logging in, tap "Dashboard" to see your current fee status. Past payment records are visible under your profile section. If you believe there is an error in your records, contact the club administrator.
Go to your profile and tap the photo area to upload a new image. Supported formats are JPEG and PNG. Profile photos are only visible to you and club administrators.
Your data is visible only to you and authorized club administrators. It is never shared with third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
To request account deletion, please contact us using the email below. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days. Note that account deletion also removes all training and payment history associated with your profile.
